Disgusting Woman Weighing 150 Kg Sat On 9-Yr Cousin To Give Her Punishment & She Died

Sometimes people tend to cross their limits while trying to teach discipline to the kids. A woman from Florida killed her cousin of 9-yr, Derika Lindsay as she sat on her younger cousin as a punishment. Shockingly the lady’s weight is 325-pound (150-kilogram) and in under any circumstances she should not have taken such step.

As per a report published in The Pensacola News Journal, Veronica Green Posey (64) has been arrested and she has been booked under homicide and cruelty toward a child. Posey has been identified as the cousin of the girl in the report of Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

Veronica told the paramedics and deputies that he sat on her cousin for “for being out of control”. Derika in fact, told Veronica and her parents that she is not able to breathe. But when Veronica got up, the little girl was not breathing, so she called 911 and tried CPR on the girl.

Grace Joan Smith, 69, and James Edmund Smith have been booked for child neglect.

Veronica is Grace’s niece and Grace called her at her house in order to help her in disciplining the girl. Before sitting on her, Veronica hit the girl with a metal pipe and ruler before the girl ran into armchair.

The secretary of the Florida Department of Children and Families, Mike Carroll has issued a statement in which the death of the girl has been called “appalling”. He also said that the agency will be working with the Sheriff’s office to see that the culprits should be punished.

The statement read,

“As the family has a prior interaction with the child welfare system, a thorough quality assurance review will be conducted to review all prior interactions this family has had with the child welfare system.”

Veronica was released on bail on Monday for a bond of $125,000, while the parents are still in jail.
